Responsibilities

工作內容:
  • 負責半導體及光電事業處業務管理, 團隊管理 及願景建立
(下轄四個部門 業務銷售, 售後服務, 技術支援及發展 )

(應用: LED/MiniLED/Micro LED, 化合物半導體以及先進封裝等市場)
  • 既存客戶關係維護/強化及相關技術支援活動管理
  • 相關市場資訊收集, 市場走向及趨勢預判及業務策略規畫執行
  • 新客戶開發
  • 專案管理
Requirement：
  • 至少十五年以上半導體產業經驗並具備五年以上人員管理經驗
  • ７年半導體設備銷售經驗，有先進封裝設備銷售經驗為佳
  • 具備帶領20人以上業務及售後維修團隊
  • 熟悉台積體系尤佳
  • 英文聽說寫流利
