The Role
  • Customer Relationships

To Develop long term business relationships and achieve levels of trust and credibility with senior customer staff to enable Edwards values with customer by knowledge sharing and intellectual process and thus get mutual benefits superior to those obtained by normal commercial methods.
  • Account Planning

Establish and manage a long-term strategic plan for the customer and ensure customers expectations.
  • Marketing research

Develop with the associated product marketing management (globally and locally), strategies and action plans for penetrate the customer for all our products. Provide input to the company for new product needs and specifications for new product development.
  • Sales

Respecting account plans to establish on a site by site basis, sales revenue, UGP and forecasts to ensure we meet our sales targets and customer forecast in both revenue and UGP
