Our client is one of the world’s leading solution providers of product coding & marking equipment, utilizing Thermal Ink Jet (TIJ) technology.
Objective
Our client is looking for a Sales Account Executive who will play a key role in the development of our business activities within the market (Territory: South Asia, Central Asia, Middle East and Eastern Europe). At the company, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a dynamic and international environment by acquiring new key accounts, while also working with high profile corporate clients and building lasting, consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders and decision makers throughout the country.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and close a targeted list of key accounts
- Maximize sales development through proactive activities
- Prospect potential clients using various channels (cold calls, exhibitions, networking, meetings, etc.)
- Provide prospective clients with proposal and follow up the clients
- Maintain customer satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills to enlarge and renew sales deals
- Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) and complete clients’ information in salesforce.
- Participate actively in our marketing activities (online campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events etc.)
- Extensive customer visits and travels in the assigned territory
- Work closely with our global sales teams, customer success teams, learning consulting teams and report directly to Head of Sales.
Requirements
- BA or BS required, MBA a plus
- Minimum 5-year experience in the technology industry with experience in solution engineering/selling, account management, hardware consulting service sales, pre-sales engineering, system integration background, or related.
- A formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling, strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
- Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player.
- Self-motivated, to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Native level of Mandarin, fluent English is a must
