Responsibilities

• Devise and implement plans for all construction projects, ensuring adherence to established schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate multiple construction managers, optimizing the effectiveness of their respective project teams.
• Oversee construction progress, guaranteeing timely completion while upholding quality standards.
• Address technical challenges that may arise during construction, providing support to construction managers in overcoming obstacles.
• Administer budgets and allocate resources to manage construction project costs effectively.
• Collaborate with pertinent departments (design, engineering, supply chain) to secure ample material supplies and resources.
• Furnish regular updates on project progress and challenges to the senior management team.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during construction, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
• Promote continuous improvement in construction processes to elevate efficiency and quality.
• Ensure the company’s construction projects align with sustainability and environmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects, specifically within the renewable/solar energy or construction industry.
• Thorough understanding of renewable/solar technology and construction procedures.
• Effective leadership and collaborative team skills, with the capability to oversee multiple projects and construction managers.
• Proficiency in addressing technical challenges, emergencies, and adept at budget and cost management.
• A commitment to prioritizing safety throughout the construction process.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills for efficient reporting to teams and management.
• Proficient in English.
