Cielo RPO is seeking a Recruitment Assistant/ Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team onsite within the Pharmaceutical sector.
The Recruitment Assistant/ Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for building talent pipelines for a designated client and identifying potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. In partnership with the recruitment team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator leverages recruitment marketing, industry research, social media, and Cielo business intelligence to target and connect with passive candidates.
Responsibilities
- Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.
- Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites.
- Use a variety of tools and methods to identify and engage the best passive and active Talent.
- Research and discover new sources to map and build diverse talent pipelines in key technical and business areas
- Work with our Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements, source, pre-screen and assess candidates to determine best fit for both skills and culture
- Protect and champion the candidate experience
- Assist with recruitment and interview process.
- Coordinate background, and reference checking processes.
- Coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding process.
- Application Tracking Systems (ATS) Management.
- Create and manage basic metrics reporting.
- Provide other administrative support to recruiters as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in using applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment technologies and viewing/actioning candidate profiles.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 1 - 2 years recruitment experience working with various stakeholders at all levels within a corporate team environment
- A clear and strong communicator, who can work closely with others throughout the wider team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Proven ability to challenge preconceptions and decisions made by interview teams/hiring managers
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
