About The Role
  • Opportunity to reconcile and investigate outstanding items in the bank’s general ledger and office accounts
  • Timely and accurate preparation and filing of various regulatory reports.
  • Proactively assist with the development of tools and techniques as a part of continuous improvements

Role Location: ANZ Taiwan

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

As a Reconciliation and Reporting Analyst, your primary responsibility is to produce local regulatory reports and account reconciliation, including audit confirmation, office account reconciliation and investigation. You will provide support on general control activities (RSA, Key control testing, internal / external audit and OP&P review) and c omplete system and manual reconciliation activities accurately within agreed timeline. You will also ensure that prevailing domestic legal regulations and group policies, procedures and controls are complied. This includes compliance with regulatory requirements and being vigilant against potential Money Laundering activities and the prevention of real and/or possible losses due to either fraudulent or erroneous transactions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
  • Sound knowledge of relevant bank policies and procedures and domestic legal and regulatory requirements
  • Prior experience in banking industry, ideally in Regulatory Reporting Environment
  • Good computer literacy in particular, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient in Traditional Chinese for business communication requirements
