• Answering all incoming calls
• Greeting clients, customers and suppliers who enter the office
• General administrative duties
• Maintain and update all Shopping Centre registers e.g. phone and contact lists, key registers, lost property etc
  
  

What this job involves:

• We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist to be the face and voice of Mega tower. Our ideal candidate will be a people person who can multi task, be calm in the face of conflicting priorities, thrives in a customer service environment, and enjoys a varied workload.
  
  

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

• Preferably experience as a receptionist or in related field such as customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative procedures.
