RD研發人員 2 人

工作內容

工作內容以GMP放大製程之產品開發生產為導向，未來有技轉和創業機會
1.Effectively manage the RD or GMP Operations team’s goals, objectives and performance.
2.Oversee all mRNA production operations on site.
3.Generate documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, technical reports and etc.
4.Support the process development and technology transfer of scheduled projects across different labs and customers.
5.Translate the company goal/strategy into key objectives and results, and build working plan to improve the processes and projects in the manufacturing and development areas.
6.Participate in any other tasks and work with other groups that are considered as a priority by management team.
7.Ability for troubleshooting independently.
8.Handle and protect confidential and sensitive data with integrity.
9.Perform related work and other duties, as assigned.

應徵資格

【學歷或科系】
教育部認可之國內外生命科學相關科系碩士/博士畢業
【徵求條件】
2年以上實驗室分生實驗或GMP場域製程相關經驗。具有bioreactor、FPLC或TFF相關經驗者為佳。

依本院規定。

臺北市南港區研究院路一段130巷99號-中央研究院生醫轉譯研究中心或中央研究院生醫所。

待遇

依本院支薪標準，碩士級NT$41,885起薪，博士級NT$60,274起薪，可視相關工作經歷敘薪。
