Quality System Manager

Job content

Responsibilities:

1. Coach internal manufacturing process audits and quality improvement.

2. Lead pre-audit simulation and preparation for global and domestic key customers.

3. Promote TQM, QCC, QIT, and yield improvement activities.

4. Manage critical material supply chain.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in promoting TQM. ( Experience in applying National Quality Award is a plus)

2. Experience in maintaining and promoting ISO9001 / IATF16949.

3. 3+ years of experience working in quality division in semiconductor industry

4. Ability to audit with clients and suppliers in English.

5. Proficiency in ISO9000, IATF16949, or VDA6.3.

工作內容：

1.流程及製程內部稽核與品質改善輔導

2.國內外關鍵客戶稽核前模擬稽核及準備。

3.推動TQM全面品質管理及QCC/QIT改善活動。

4.關鍵材料供應鏈管理

具備條件：

1.推動TQM 五年以上經驗（具備公司參選國家品質獎工作經驗者尤佳）。

2.具ISO9001、IATF16949維護及推動經驗。

3.具半導體業品質相關單位三年以上資歷。

4.英語進行客戶或供應商稽核能力。

5.擅長工具ISO9000,IATF16949 或VDA6.3
