TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the performance of all site quality functions

• Perform risk assessments of processes & determine appropriate mitigation & proactive corrective measures

• Lead advanced quality planning activities & processes

• Act as an escalation point for quality concerns & customer focused engagement

• Lead failure investigations & corrective actions for customer complaints & facilitate customer quality interactions

• Lead Internal LPA, system, process & product quality audits planning & activities

• Manage external audit: support all customer audit related activities & third-party audits

• Facilitate quality system related training & quality guidance to site resources

• Participate in quality reviews & best practice knowledge share with other Isola global sites

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of related direct quality management experience

• ASQ, CQE, CQM, CQA, CSBB CRE preferred

• Advanced skill with MS Office especially Excel & power point

• Risk-based assessment, defect prevention & process optimization skill set

• Knowledge and experience of 6 sigma methods, process capability analysis, MSA, FMEA, Control plan & CI programs

• Strong communication & good oral & writing skills in both Chinese & English

• Ability to collaborate effectively with external & internal customers

• Able to focus priorities & impact metrics

• Detail-oriented, good supervision and follow up skills
