职位描述和职位要求

• 必須遵循廠內所有的操作及安全程序。
  

Must adhere to all operational and Safety procedures in the handling of gases and liquids in the plant.

• 負責入廠原料之規格確認，品質分析及不合格物料之退貨 。
  

Responsible for incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

• 負責製程中氣體品質之規格確認，品質分析及將分析結果與現場生產主管進行必要之溝通。
  

Responsible for in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.

• 負責產品之規格確認，品質分析，不合格品之退貨及退回客怨瓶之分析再確認 。
  

Responsible for finished products by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; returning products for re-analysis.

• 文件化相關之分析數據及結果，及將結果輸入SAP系統，產出分析報告。
  

Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into SAP system and generating COA.

• 遵循標準操作步驟進行物料分析 ， 儀器校正及所有分析設備之維護
  

Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; conducting instruments calibration and maintenance for all analysis instruments.

• 負責定期執行及維護相關之ISO系統 ，操作程序之變更、審查及新作業程序之提報 。
  

To be responsible for maintaining, updating and implementing related ISO systems

periodically, and to assist member any of AP staff on working procedures changes

or review and submission of new procedures.
