  • Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Partnership with Business Units to identify learning needs of Reps, FLSMs & SLSMs and create winning learning /training plans that enable implementation of strategic plans and achieve business goals.
  • Conduct onboarding program to new comers (Reps, Sales managers and Marketers)and evaluate/ facilitate new Comer Rep’s qualification meet Bayer standard
  • Actively support the Business Units by delivering programs (both physical and virtual platforms) to build the capabilities & competencies of Sales Representatives, FLSMs and SLSMs to make each Customer interaction valuable to Customers & Bayer.
  • Cooperate with SLSMs to facilitate FLSMs’ coaching skills improvement.
  • Be responsible for the effectiveness of e-learning and selling skills training.
    • Experience & Requirements
  • Bachelor or above, human science related, business administration or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven success record in sales and marketing at least 5 years or above, at least 3 years in international pharmaceutical company.
  • Solid capability in training, coaching, sales / marketing.
  • Willing to listen, strong in influencing skills with desire to proactively implement, cooperative and result-oriented.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Job title and job grade are subjected to the candidate’s qualification.
