Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in smartphone or wearable device certification or testing areas.
• Experience in troubleshooting testing issues.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product design engineers, quality engineers, and Lab test engineers.
• Experience in test management.
• Knowledge of operator certification requirements (e.g., T-Mobile, Verizon).
• Knowledge of the problem solving and tracking of test equipment (e.g., Keysight) used in carrier testing.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication of progress with stakeholders and leadership, own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams.
• Work with the certification team members to support the testing activities in the labs, tracking of test equipment issues.
• Manage complex cross-functional projects, including both software and hardware areas and across geographically dispersed teams.
• Plan and schedule major/minor project deliverables, triaging and prioritizing testing tasks, getting cross-functional support and escalating.
