Position Summary

With our on-going expansion, we’re now looking for a Technical Engineer to join our team based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project basic design (Layout, P&ID, Components’ data sheet).
• Perform engineering and process calculations, material compatibility evaluations, and basic equipment performance analysis.
• Analyze product design and engineering choices, and determine the likely effects for system performance.
• Lead and supervise various projects ensuring that all aspects of cost, quality and schedule are executed in accordance with corporate and divisional policies and contractual requirements.
• Provide occasional on-site commissioning support and technical assistance.

Working Experience & Technical Abilities

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering Degree
• 1-2 years of onsite commissioning or operation experience
• Has capability in interpreting layouts, PFDs, P&IDs and BOMs
• Good understanding in UHP piping material and installation, fittings (Swagelok, VCR)
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
