As a Tech. Sales Support, you will be responsible for supporting the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process for Motion Business Area in Taipei City, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, China.

Reporting to the Local BU Manager (Manager)_Sales, you will offer technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers with regard to ABB products/systems/ applications.

Your responsibilities

• Providing technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations
• Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. Proposing technical solutions for complex enquiries
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues
• Offering product/solution/service-related training
• Preparing and checking technical articles for publication
  

Your background

• Competence of hand-on practice for technical field work
• Must have analytical and critical thinking skill for situation assessing and troubleshoot
• A bachelor’s degree of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with appropriate field experience in industrial environment
• Well communication skills with both Chinese and English in efficient and effective manner
• Flexibility to work in a team environment
• Must have customer focused attitude
• Must have high level of safety awareness
