For LSEG based in Taipei, Taiwan, we are currently recruiting for a Team Lead position in our Green Solutions, Sustainable Investment team, reporting to Production Manager. The lead will assist in managing a team of research analysts responsible for assessing the Green Revenues (GR) disclosure of global companies. The lead is a critical function in the Sustainable Investment team overseeing the production (collection of data) used by the investment community to incorporate GR into investment decision making and stewardship.

Job Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts responsible for delivering high quality Green Revenues data to market.

Manage due dates and delivery expectations of the analysts to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met.

Motivate the team and ensure high morale.

Assist in picking up ad-hoc requests and queries from internal/external clients

Monitor weekly targets as determined by Production Manager regarding volume, timeliness and quality for the team and taking corrective actions

Assist in managing performance that include conducting performance appraisals and taking corrective actions

Support new initiatives to improve productivity and quality of the data collection process

Assist team with completing Business as Usual (BAU) tasks.

Assist team with collating results, root cause analysis and action plans from operational teams

Conduct adhoc, proactive data analysis looking for potential data quality issues focusing on Critical Data Elements

Produce reports and summaries of Data Quality changes over time

Provide input into the development of appropriate Data Quality metrics & methodologies across our valuable data assets

Work with operational teams to develop credible action plans, including implementation of automated data quality control rules and exception reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Key experience in Sustainable Investment Data

Ability to drive key initiatives

Excellent English language skills (write, read, talk)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet demanding deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience

in Green Revenues

Languages skills like Chinese, Japanese, Korean

Have process improvement understanding and experience

Have interpersonal communication/development skills
