• Conducting engaging and interactive English language classes for students aged 3-12, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Creating fun games, activities, and lesson plans that enhance students’ language skills, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Grading homework assignments and providing constructive feedback to students, promoting their continuous improvement.
• Tracking and assessing student progress through regular evaluations and maintaining accurate records to ensure personalized learning experiences.
• Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to develop innovative teaching techniques, materials, and curricula, contributing to the overall success of the language center.
• Communicating effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (in any field) or equivalent qualification.
• Prior teaching experience (preferably with young learners) is highly valued, but enthusiastic fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Energetic, creative, and passionate about teaching, with a genuine love for working with children.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus.
