Role Summary:

• Talent Recruitment:Actively support the recruitment of top talent to ensure effective operations in all departments.
• International Talent Search: Lead projects aimed at bringing in outstanding international professionals, thereby diversifying our talent base.
• Campus Recruitment and Partnerships:Develop and implement initiatives for engaging with universities and attracting promising new graduates.
• HR Project management: Oversee and execute Human Resources initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least two years in a recruitment or related role.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources.

Additional Skills:
