Job DescriptionManage & lead end-to-end Supply Planning for Taiwan & Hong Kong business and align the supply system operations with demand led business objectives.The Position Is Anchored On Three Deliverables

• superior technical mastery over supply planning work processes including SAP
• Strong liaising across mill and cluster teams in Taiwan & Hong Kong to deliver superior service and cash results
• People leadership and morale

Role Accountabilities

• Lead supply planning activities in ERP(SAP) for all K-C Consumer in TWN supply chains along with Mills and Country DP
• Demand integration into supply planning via S&OP processes
• Fixed zone mill planning work processes
• Monthly & Weekly production planning and control
• HR planning
• Flexible zone supply allocation among mills
• ECM supply reliability
• Rough cut capacity planning for next 6-18 months
• Long range capacity planning
• Initiative Management
• Product Phase-in Phase out
• Own supply planning work processes in areas of
• Inventory management includes Inventory target setting
• Case fill rate management
• Master production schedule adherence
• Planning DDS
• Plant Operating Strategy & Market Operating Strategy
• SAP Data Integrity
• Supply Network Loss Analysis

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering or related discipline; Graduate Degree (MBA) preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in demand & supply planning or Inventory management; S&OP qualifications (CPIM, CPSM, APICS…) preferred
• Solid experience with systems: SAP, Planning Tool (APO/Arete), BW/BI, MS suite applications with emphasis in Excel (advanced)
• Good knowledge of Supply Planning systems, structures and statistical modeling methods
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; demonstrated skills interacting at various levels of an organization
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate root cause analysis, thoroughness and problem solving skills; ability to collaborate and influence based on data
