國外業務經理 (Sr.) Sales Manager

Sales knowledge includes :

• Follow up on sell in stocks to disty and take fast initiative on reacting to partners aging stocks (more than 3-6mths) that and may causes huge Price protection to partners and losses incurred later
• Concept about apply sell in/sell thru/sell out rebate program to target sell out opportunity
• To follow up on partners pricing structures and have good understanding of the channel pricing structures
• Possessed sufficient knowledge about how to secure enough market or competitors pricing information to make the best pricing support to partners
• Knowledge / pay attention in getting correct and relevant supporting pricing or competitors information when providing rebate to partners
• The right mindset to follow company focus segment growth strategy , for example PJ lamp free strategy , Gaming , and more
• Proper email documentation on discussion between disty and VS especially on support
• Proper follow up plans on aging stocks including discussion on how to increase aging stock sell thru
• Put plans and actions into play
