【job Summary】This position primarily focuses on automating testing procedures and related activities, aimed at optimizing user experiences. The incumbent will oversee the execution of runtime and performance-based tests, collaborating closely with software developers and the design team to ensure the efficiency and stability of product releases. • Supervising and guiding a team of 4-6 individuals through a leadership approach that embraces inclusivity.
• Assuming accountability for the overall quality of CAM projects, devising test strategies for both new and existing features, thereby validating software functionality across diverse hardware configurations.
• Establishing and deploying an automated testing framework characterized by extensive test coverage.
• Implementing continuous integration and automation practices to diminish reliance on manual testing, advocating early and frequent testing.
• Documenting, monitoring, resolving, and closing bugs within our tracking system, and contributing to collaborative efforts on our wiki page.
• Mentoring and furnishing guidance to fellow team members.
• Identifying scopes for enhancements, meticulously tracking alterations, and keeping abreast of status updates for ongoing builds.
• Skillfully prioritizing and multitasking, relying on strong analytical and independent thinking skills.
• Investigating and addressing the fundamental causes of issues, expeditiously resolving anomalies.
• Identifying bottlenecks in workflows within the QA team and cross-functional units, delivering comprehensive assessments of root causes, and presenting effective remedies to enhance software quality.
• Demonstrating capacity to function autonomously in an exceedingly fast-paced milieu.
• Crafting utility tools to heighten team efficiency collaboratively.

【requirements】

• 8+ years of testing experience within software quality assurance.
• Experience in JavaScript, Python, or any other programming language, and Window application development.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git, SVN.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and services like Github actions, Jenkins or TeamCity.
