Sr. Key Account Manager Semiconductor, KR / TWWhat is the job about?Grundfos is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join our team, the ideal candidate would have a good understanding of our industry and Semiconductor market as well as having a strategic and customer centric mindset. The primary responsibility for the role is to ensure the end user engagement in selected vertical by building significant commercial knowledge and supervising selected key account in a strategic approach to enable rollout of growth and create impact for the transformation of end user engagement in selected verticals in whole IND Global.Your Main Responsibilities



  • Lead or contribute to the development of Semiconductor key account development strategy, including but not limit to collecting the industry trends and insights, screening out key accounts target, driving/facilitate/contributing to the value proposition development for Semiconductor industry, etc.
  • Effectively develop, grow the selected Key Accounts globally. The position holder needs to develop the key account strategy, deep dive analysis and action plan aiming at achieving collaboration or agreement with key account at global level.
  • In daily work, you need to work closely with a matrix sales organization to be able to focus on both HQ level and local level and being the one point of contact for this customer Group to ensure external high customer satisfaction and loyalty, and internal good coordination and transparency.
  • Proactively follow up, analyze, and report on Key Accounts and ensure regular internal and external dialogues.
  • Develop knowledge/competency to be able to able to drive the strategic conversation and value selling dialogue with customer to position Grundfos as a knowledgeable partner.
  • Ensure quality opportunity pipeline and positive hit rate.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing with the team and take responsibility for own competence development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are perceived as highly customer Centric and collaborative ensuring ONE-GRUNDFOS.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks or project as and when required
Your background :We imagine that you have:



  • Bachelor in engineering or business. Engineering and commercial combined educational/working background is benecial.
  • At least 5 years of Key account management experience from a large international company working in a similar role.
  • Industry background – good understanding of Semiconductor industry trends and production processes and networking is beneficial
  • Experience of working in B2B with end users
  • Proficient in English
  • Positive and resilient personality, good business insight
  • Great communication skills - verbally and written.
  • Great stakeholder management skills - across borders and on all levels. Good at work at matrix organization, advanced negotiation skills
  • Good analytically skills – good at identify and summarize learnings in a structured way.
  • Expert in working with CRM and MS office, specifically Excel for analysing purposes.
