Key Job AccountabilitiesCHANNEL MANAGER - CPD
  • Under the supervision of the O+O Sales Manager, build the joint business plan with the account(s). Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
  • Builds and achieves the channel/group of accounts results: turnover, market share, profit; consolidates, steers budget and P&L.
  • Pilots the channel’s negotiation and execution and builds the action plan to implement the Division strategy at channel/group of account level. Allocates resource accordingly, ensure it execution and tracking down to store level and sell out. Suggest plan adaptation when needed.
  • Monitors a retailer-centric account planning process to reach as much alignment as possible with each client and designs a retailer specific development plan. Builds a compelling story to get retailer buying in. Builds a strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer’s. Facilitates good relations between L’Oréal and Retailers top managements.
  • Work closely with other departments (Supply, commercial marketing, finance, marketing) Connect Account key stakeholder of all functions with their L’Oréal counterpart. Ensure the consistency of L’Oréal voices when speaking to the retailer.
  • Manages, coaches and develops team and leads multifunctional team work between his/her teams and other departments.
  • with Trade marketing or Category management experience is a plus.
  • PCS experience is a must and WSN experience will be a plus
