Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive spec-ins of 3M’s innovative CMP solutions for semiconductor customers
• Build bench-to-bench working relationships with CMP customers’ engineers and key stakeholders
• Identify critical VOCs and key market trends in CMP and semiconductor sectors, and translate them into product concepts
• Actively participate in 3M’s commercialization by working closely with product development team
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related disciplines from an accredited university
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, data analysis, and Design of Experiment (DOE)
• Effective communication, interpersonal and team skills to perform well in a variety of cross-functional team situations
