Responsibilities

■ Design and implement community outreach initiative

■ Develop a social media strategy and calendar together with the Social Media Team. Curate and create content for our platforms.

■ Leads the daily delivery and growth of social, community and influence programs, sets priorities and does what is required to achieve the team’s strategic objectives.

■ Work with community mangers in other countries to gather input on regional and cultural differences to ensure campaigns are tailored to impact and be appropriate at regional and local levels.

■ Grow and manage Taiwan crypto communities (platform, media or KOL etc.)

Requirements

■ At least three years of experience managing social media platforms and content creation

■ Familiarity with online platforms such as Facebook, LINE, Telegram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

■ Strong understanding of cryptocurrency terminologies and trends and a strong interest in crypto culture

■ Experienced in KOL and influencers strategy development and Taiwan local crypto culture.

■ Basic IT literacy, specifically: Google suite, Word, Outlook, Slack.

■ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications

■ Experience in a new startup from 0 to 1.

■ Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment
