Description And Requirements

• Work with ME team for mechanical structure analysis, and provide suggestion/direction to fix mechanical structure defects.
• Capable to evaluate mechanical structure by FEA tools and enable for design risk assessment.
• Implement mechanical reliability testing via structure equipment
• Validation test support includes material preparation, system setup, schedule tracking.
• Develop multipple packaging designs/solutions for server devices.
• Lead lab assistant to execute mechanical/packaging reliability validation on-site.
• Build and maintain structure and packaging relative Spec/SOP/WI.
• Enable packaging solution to MFG sites globally
