Responsibility:

Total Rewards Management

•Manage high-profile Total Rewards projects and programs, including in-depth analyses and guidance for annual and semi-annual compensation review processes, annual compensation market analysis, and renewal of Benefits plans.

•Evaluate jobs and offers to support rapid company growth and ambitious hiring goals.

•Develop and present appropriate communication plans and presentation materials to targeted audiences.

•Partner with relevant stakeholders for Global C&B programs implementation.

•Collaborate cross-functionally to find opportunities, challenges, and feedback on key performance indicators for implemented C&B Program strategies.

•Work closely with HQ Compensation; review and update existing benefit and compensation-related policies, and ensure these comply with current legislation

•Benchmarking the organization’s compensation system to determine its competitiveness

•Manage common compensation components, including salary structure evaluation and proposal, performance management, job classifications, salary structure review, and market compensation analyses .

•Lead the implementation and administration of comp + benefits program in a timely and legally compliant way

•Evaluate internal equity of compensation and total rewards program to drive a high-performing culture

•Train line managers in the compensation area (pay-mix training, etc)

•Monitor and research compensation and benefits trends

•Tracking staff retention and organizational career-pathing.

•Managing external benefits providers

Shared Service

•Leads different HR Projects (not just projects from the compensation and benefits area)

•Monitor government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends and make sure the operation in companies with local laws and company governance

•Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with HR managers to educate teams

•Managing mobility in compliance with immigration regulation.

•Overseeing all payroll runs

•Managing and lead the team on the payroll , HRIS/Mobility, HR Admin support smoothly.

•Lead and develop the team to achieve goals and work with cross functions in sustaining customer satisfaction and provide effective support

Requirements:

•Global job architecture experience including job evaluation and mapping, market benchmarking, development of global salary guidelines, and communication.

•Demonstrated strong analytical aptitude to find opportunities for improvement, identify alternative standard solutions, and recommend business-aligned proposals

•Outstanding project management and organizational skills combined with the capability to drive projects to successful completion.

•Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and commendable ability to prepare presentation materials for vast audiences.

•Attention to detail, the utmost discretion when working with confidential data, and unparalleled dedication to customer service.

•Great multi-tasking teammate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to shift gears with short notice and operate within a high level of ambiguity.
