We seek a talented Salesforce developer to design world-class applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that drive our business forward. You will leverage your deep knowledge and experience with Salesforce to deal with complex projects, solve technical challenges, and drive best practices within the technical team.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce solutions in adherence to platform best practices, including custom platform development (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) and integrations with other systems.
• Collaborate with the internal business teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions that align with functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and realistic development schedules.
• Execute software projects using development processes like Agile/Scrum.
• Collaborate across various engineering teams, facilitating the integration of other systems into Salesforce or connecting Salesforce with external products.
• Address high-priority bug issues through debugging and implementing fixes, especially those affecting integrations or user interface functionality.
• Develop and sustain SOAP and REST-based integrations, enabling the integration of Salesforce.com with other applications in real-time, batch, sync, or async modes.
• Exhibit a strong passion for Salesforce development and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience

· With bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant subject

· Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, e.g. Apex language, Flows, JavaScript, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging, Lightning Components and Visualforce pages.

· Prior experience as a Salesforce SA, Developer, or Consultant in a consultative environment is highly regarded.

· Salesforce certification is a plus.

· Proficiency in English at an advanced level is required for effective communication with global users.

· Knowledge of the electronic manufacturing industry is desirable.
