◆ Identify business opportunities from CRM perspectives to maximize sales and ROI

◆ Own, maintain, and review the customer building block; and ensure the target achievement in monthly and annual base

◆ Develop different brand experience based on different customer stage/segmentation to engage, recruit, and retain customers

◆ In line with marketing focus to plan CRM programs and events to drive traffic and loyalty with excellence execution

◆ Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers

◆ Conducting CRM business reviews periodically (monthly, quarterly, annual and by CRM campaign request)

◆ Develop, maintain, execute loyalty program cross-channel to retain customers with brand

◆ Execute loyalty program routines and facilitate frontline operation

◆ Develop eCRM initiatives (such as Line) to drive omni customers

◆ Cooperate and manage vendors and agency to accelerate work efficiency

◆ Competition CRM program monitoring

◆ Assist HTM events to drive existing and reach prospective customers

◆ Co-op with CE team to capture new prospects

Qualifications
  • 5 years of relevant work experience preferred. Counter brand experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Campaign planning and management ability
