Key Accountabilities:

• Develop ATE test software & hardware for semiconductor products.
• Semiconductor product line ATE test capability development including generating test coverage and test program and designing test hardware.
• Debug silicon and publish silicon test results and work with design engineering team to correlate test results between ATE and design’s bench. Gate initial test yield.
• Timely provide urgent tested samples to marketing and sales teams
• Release test program and test hardware to subcon and complete correlation with subcon’s engineer
• Support correlation/GRR/qualification/RMA test/low yield related & debugging & test urgent samples.
• Perform test time reduction for high volume production products.
• Support product line Q&R team-test related.

Key Attributes:

• BSEE/MSEE
• 5 to 10 years Semiconductor testing experience
• Strong in semiconductor test capability development, both in hardware and software
• ATE Background: Knowledge of YTEC testers, V50, S100 a plus.
• Moderate level computer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point (required)
• Programming experience in C++
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding and experience of developing software architecture, software engineering process for generation of requirements, design documents, configuration control
• Strong understanding ATE accuracy, calibration and limitation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and drive to succeed.
