Job DescriptionPosition Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• To support the team in the execution and delivery of localised materials including SKU sheets, collateral, POSM and giveaways.
• Assist with event organization
• Assist with creative production
• Help with handling of merchandizing
• Build up relationships with key media and partners
• Monitor social media activities and performance
• Keep all file repository and archiving up to date
• Proactively manage and ensure on time delivery of all samples and collateral for each show /event.
• Manage PR review sample plan and keep track of all reviews. Create and circulate a press reviews / awards for use in territory by the Sales team.

Essential Skills And ExperienceThe successful candidate will have a marketing/PR or IT qualification, be a self-starter, motivated, resilient and reliable and be able to work by themselves as well as a positive and can-do & hands-on attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal skills- interact positively with all stakeholders
• Excellent planning & organizational skills
• Be fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks with tight deadlines
• A can-do and positive attitude
• 3-5 year experiences in PR agency or IT company is a plus.
• Be a local candidate, no relocation available.
