We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marcom Manager to join our team at FinTech Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content promotion and generating traffic through SEO and other methods.They must possess a diverse range of content production skills, including video and podcast creation, and have a strong leadership ability to lead the content team in planning content campaigns that integrate with PR strategies to increase market recognition. Additionally, the role requires data analysis skills to measure team performance and generate insights to improve content quality and engagement.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Plan and execute content campaigns that integrate with PR and social media strategies to drive brand recognition and increase website traffic and engagement
  • Lead the content team in producing high-quality content that is creative, engaging, and diverse, including articles, videos, podcasts, infographics, and social media posts
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and other traffic generation techniques to maximize reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to create effective content that supports lead generation and revenue growth
  • Manage the content team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure they meet or exceed production targets and quality standards
  • Analyze and report on content performance metrics, and generate insights to improve content quality, engagement, and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, PR, and other traffic generation techniques

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on content marketing and SEO
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful content campaigns that drive market recognition and website traffic
  • Strong leadership ability with experience leading and managing a content team to achieve production targets and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret content performance metrics and generate insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong creative thinking ability and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking
  • Knowledge of financial technology and related industries is a plus

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in Financial content. (loan, credit card, bank service, payments)
  • Experience in forum and group management, like Dcard, ptt, and others
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead and manage projects proactively
  • Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin with presentation skill
