Job Description

  • Managing demand generation channels, including social, content, affiliate, events, and partnership joint marketing
  • Building demand generation strategy with effective metric tracking to reach business and marketing goals
  • Managing affiliate and re-seller channels and enable the business growth
  • Able to understand, engage and build strategic alignment & joint marketing initiatives with key global marketplaces to drive business results based on the mutual goals
  • Bring creativity working with partners to come up with new and exciting ways to connect with our customers and target market
  • Up to 30% business travel domestically and internationally
The Successful Applicant

  • Take ownership to the highest level, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment to drive new market demand generation growth through digital and social channels, content and partnership to business growth
  • Familiar with Agency management, able to work and manage agencies to deliver results
  • Experience in strategic partnership and relationship management
  • Plan and execute effective lead generation marketing campaigns
  • Digital savvy to manage digital channels
  • Familiar with digital demand generation channels and tactics
  • Experience in ecommerce industry (either cross border or domestic ecommerce) is a big plus
  • Strong communication skills to be able to discuss concepts & initiatives with partners
  • Native Chinese speaker with fluent English ability
