Position Overview:

As a Worldwide Capital Investment Controller, you are required to perform ad hoc analysis to assist management in monitoring CAPEX status and as a gate keeper to manage the capital expenditure.

On top of that, Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis on STEC full P&L financial result and performance. The jobs involve analyzing cost variances and provide insightful comments that support management decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Understand in depth Corporate CAPEX requirement and maintain most updated expenditure status and control against budget plan.
• Independently communicate with business partners and understand business needs.
• Perform benefit analysis on various asset investments, including but not limited to calculations of IRR/Payback/NPV.
• Support HQ on annual budgeting down to department level and make reasonable evaluation.
• Perform investment project management including tracking and management of budgets, approval processes, and monitoring project execution progress.
• Assist in the development and optimization of asset management processes.
• STEC project revenue and gross profit analysis involve budget variance with actual revenue, comparison of gross profit margins, and analysis of price and quantity differences.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting related filed with o ver 3 years working experience
• Experienced in CAPEX or Project management
• Experienced in BI/BW
• Familiar with ERP system, preferred in SAP

• Fluence in English
• Communication skill and express of logical thinking
• Analytical skill of excel template, P&L based simulation
• Leadership with problem solving skills
• Results driven and could work independently
• Knowledge in manufacturing industry
