Main Purpose:

Taoglas have a requirement for a Senior ERP Engineer based in our Tainan office. We are looking to hire an experienced engineer to manage our company’s computer systems. As a ERP Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and operation of integrated systems for the ERP , PLM and MES system, tie together a multitude of business processes and enable the flow of data between them. provides data and management capabilities to reduce the non-value-added tasks required of multiple engineers in each department, such as PM, QA, Procurement, RD, PE, MEF...and so on.

Responsibilities:

• Support the installation of SAP Business One / PLM / MES software and add-on products following the local and global requirements.
• Primary support for configurations, forms development, and queries development, crystal report writing.
• Primary support for integration of key systems to ensure smooth transfer of data.
• Complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Filing weekly reports for the IT Manager

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
• SAP B1 experience preferred, other ERP experience also considered, especially MPS MRP and ability to understand complex business processes.
• PLM EC/Part/BOM and PLM & SAP interface handling experience would be a benefit.
• Experience required to interact with the client and understand their requirements, co-ordinate SME to review project issue meeting and have ability to write the documents of detailed Functional spec & Technical Spec.
• Good at explaining technical information to non-technical people, other Junior ITs , consultant firm partners and outsourcing developers.
• Ability to project manage.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
• Good English communication skills.

Other Skills & Abilities include:

• Knowledge of Teamcenter BMIDE is a plus
• Knowledge of B1 add-on is a plus
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
