SEMICONDUCTOR SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes and photomask technologies to our customers for integrated circuit fabrication and semiconductor packaging.

Job Purpose

• To support the electroplating product application requirement for Asia Customer, including WLP Copper, NI, Tin-Silver for advance Mega Pillar, Micro Pillar, UBM bumping and Cu damascene.
• To collaborate with R&D expert to develop new product
• New applications for commerical products
• Provide product demo and high level technical support for Semiconductor customer to meet the business goal.
• The major role includes product evaluation/demo (80%) and high level technical support/trouble shooting/product analysis (20%)
  
  

Job Requirements

• Masters/Degree in chemical engineering/material science engineering/Chemistry with experience in electroplating and chemical analysis
• This position must have ability to read, present, analyze and interpret technical documents and enquiries in both English and Mandarin
• To successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job, the incumbent of this position must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts of Minitab experimental design
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Experience in plating module and analytical lab is a must
• Experience on semiconductor BEOL/advanced package is a plus
• Good oral and written English.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Material Sciences
