As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes and photomask technologies to our customers for integrated circuit fabrication and semiconductor packaging.

Job Purpose

• Collaborate with R&D expert for analytical methodology development.
• Provide technical support and data generation for Asia customer to meet the business goal.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Work experience in plating module or analytical lab is a must.
• Experience on HPLC,CVS and material analysis is a plus.
• Good oral and written English.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
