• Ordering warehouse inventory, obtaining estimates and price details for cost analysis, and securing arrival time to secure warehouse inventory level.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, storage area well-organized, and managing warehouse inventory by stocking and cataloging for internal demand.
• Inspecting quantity and quality acceptance on daily received goods and stored inventory.
• Distributing and dispatching daily received supplies with CoA/CoC to purchase requestors.
• Performing periodic physical counting and preparing balance and shortage reports to inventory stock.
• Updating warehouse inventory actual count, maintaining stock level records, and reconciling discrepancies of physical counts and records to share with stakeholders.
• Returning, reporting, filling out paperwork write-offs, and following up for received goods that is damaged, unqualified, unacceptable or rejected.
• Performing routine clerical miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned in support of SCM, such as data entry, answering and assisting internal inquiries, invoice confirmation for payment preparation.

• 每日向實驗室請購需求請求者分派驗收無慮之實驗物料，並提供CoA/CoC等出廠文件。
• 進行例行性盤點，確認庫存物料之進出盈虧和短缺狀態，並予以報告。
• 更新倉房庫存之實際數量，以維護庫存水平記錄，並辨別實物盤點與記錄上之差異，提供報告。
• 針對收到之損壞、不合規、無法接受或拒絕的貨物，協助辦理退回廠商、報告、填寫相關文書工作核銷單，並追蹤後續。
• 執行供應鏈部門之日常文書雜項工作相關職責，例如數據輸入、回答和協助內部詢問、付款準備之發票確認。

Qualifications

• Associate, bachelor’s degrees, certifications or college classes taken in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business, Human Resources or similar relevant field.
• Previous working experiences in pharmaceutical or biological companies as a role of inventory position in stockroom/warehouse, sourcing, planning, or supply chain management.
• Mathematical, analytical and computer skills to update counts and compile reports.
• Attention to detail, organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good at keeping track of multiple priorities at once.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Physical strength and physical stamina. May require handling of objects that can weigh up to 20 kg.
• Excellent dexterity and interpersonal skills.
