As a Sales for Process Automation Business Area in Taipei City, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, you will be responsible for the sales of Industrial FTIR and Laser Analyzers within a designated market in accordance with company strategy. Building long term customer relationships and proposing resolutions to specific customer needs and issues.

Sr. Manager_Sales

Your responsibilities
  • Selling Industrial FTIR and Laser Analyzers to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer / channel partners’ relationship to understand customer needs, increase customer understanding of full Industrial FTIR and Laser Analyzers offering, and provide a solution
  • Preparing sales plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls
  • Creating added value for customers and ABB. Ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection & project management activities when needed
  • Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions
Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, in Chemical Engineering field
  • Sales experience in industries for analyzer products at least 2-year experience
  • Must have customer focused attitude
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to be flexible and work in a team environment
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Fair English competence
