• Deal with all tasks independently and report to regional sales manager;
• Manage and keep connections with regional distributors, and achieve the sales target;
• Assist sales manager to develop strategic business plan and develop new distributors. Develop and identify new potential distributors;
• Explore potential customers through customer network;
• Understand and dig out customers’ demand and purchasing intention;
• Provide professional consultation to customers.

• Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC, Architecture, Water Supply and Sewerage Engineering; 2. Two years’ experience or above in sales. Proficiency in direct project sales, strong experience in HVAC or related field is a preference;
• Strong ability to collect and analyses the marketing information. Have good customer service consciousness;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as team working spirit.
• Be Honest, responsible and have strong adaptability, and accept business trips.
• Good listening, speaking, reading and writing ability of English Proficient in office software including Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

• 通過客戶渠道的網絡，收集潛在客戶；
• 了解和發掘客戶需求及采購意向；
• 向客戶提供專業的咨詢。

• 兩年以上銷售經驗；本科及以上學歷，建築、HVAC、給排水等相關專業均可；有工程項目直銷經驗，熟悉暖通行業及相關產品銷售者優先考慮；
• 良好的英語讀寫能力；熟練操作辦公軟件包括Word, Excel, PPT等；
• 具備敏銳的市場信息收集和分析能力，良好的客戶服務意識；
• 具有良好的語言表達能力、溝通能力和交際技巧，具備團隊合作精神；
• 誠實正直，有責任心，適應能力強，能接受出差。
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件
