Job Function
  • The RF Product Development and Test Engineering group develops test solutions for design verification of highly integrated RF transceiver ICs.
  • Global team setting, partnering with different internal stakeholders across different time zones that requires agility and flexibility.
  • We work with Design, System, Foundry, Program Management, Yield, Reliability, Marketing, Sales and Manufacturing teams to commercialize new RF products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure product production yield and test time are on target.
  • Devise and execute Characterization plan to ensure new products are commercialized within performance specifications and quality.
  • First silicon debug on test platforms, process experiment (DOE) definition, multiple-source fab matching, device characterization, data analysis using statistical techniques, test limit (guard band) generation, procedure documentation, product report presentation.
  • Design and debug of test interface HW, review schematics and layout, test SW (test program) development, HW/SW integration for silicon characterization/production.
  • Drive for short term and long-term test time reduction and yield improvement to meet set goals without compromising production quality for multiple projects in parallel.

Requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience in transceiver measurement techniques (System level knowledge is a plus).
  • Hands on experience with test equipment (i.e.- power supplies, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power meters, vector network analyzer).
  • Hands on experience in LabView development (ATE development experience is a plus).
  • Experience with data analytic tools such as O+, Exensio, will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Semiconductor Wafer fabrication process.
  • Knowledge with statistical analysis software package and techniques, quality, and reliability testing. Experience in Six Sigma Statistical Process Control is a plus.
