• Achieve revenue targets both individual and as a team in a fast moving and competitive environment
• Manage and understanding key accounts’ business and solving their recruitment needs to increase revenue growth
• Develop new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships
• Select candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role
• Take responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates

Key Requirements

• University Degree
• Minimum two years work experience within Sales or Marketing function (any industry)
• Have a strong growth mindset and to be resilient
• Willing to develop negotiation skills and enjoy the process
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to use own initiative and deliver as part of a successful team
• A strong work ethic and desire to achieve
• Excellent communication in English
