Job DescriptionPosition Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:Reporting to the Program Director, the Project Manager’s role requires a proven track record in Project Management (managing Cost, Scope, Quality & Schedule). The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of their Projects on time, within scope, within budget and delivered in accordance with our Quality Plan.SCUF is looking for a highly motivated, fast-paced individual who is self-led and willing to take on responsibility not always within their job description. You will lead and hold people accountable and ensure multiple projects are delivered on time.Being an international company communication is an essential part of the role. You’ll need to adapt your style of leadership to different levels of the business and provide clear concise communication. International travel will be necessary.Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and Control multiple Projects in parallel
• Plan and deliver Projects on Time, within Scope and within Budget
• Lead a Cross functional (sometimes remote) Team
• Plan and Manage Resources and Priorities across departments (predominantly an Engineering Team)
• Generate Specs, RFQ’s, lead Supplier Selection and Supplier Management until handing over to Operations at Product Launch
• Lead Stage Gate Reviews and ensure discipline of these is maintained across the organization
• Closely monitor and report financial performance
• Drive a culture of delivering ahead of time and under budget
• Lead an operating rhythm including the delivery of weekly and monthly reports to senior leadership
• Manage risks and scope (including change management)

Essential Skills And Experience

• Degree in Engineering or Project Management
• 3-5+ years Project Management experience
• Strong focus on planning and leading
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive, agile and demanding environment
• Experience with managing suppliers in an OEM & ODM Environment
• Personal and/or professional knowledge of gaming
