  • Develop and execute product management and marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Develop and execute product / service-line growth strategies for the assigned portfolio
  • Responsible for revenue component of product / service-line P/L for assigned portfolio
  • Manages product / service-line life cycles, including new product development and launch processes
  • Demonstrates solid leadership skills and ability to gain consensus and influence process
  • Develops and executes global marketing strategies and programs
  • Responsible for distribution / pricing / promotion / position of products within target markets
  • Develop “Value Propositions” of the assigned portfolio
  • Develop Go-to-market launch and communication strategy, executes related tactical plan and report related ROI metrics of assigned portfolio
  • Performs quantitative and qualitative market analysis and monitors industry trends
  • Continuously monitors the competitive landscape and provides feedback
  • Ability to translate Customer insight into Tactical marketing plans and adjust as necessary
Qualifications
  • MBA or PhD in Life Sciences ≥ 5 years experience; or Masters Degree in Life Sciences ≥ 7 years experience; or Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences ≥ 10 years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experiences is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Product management, Marketing or Directly relevant experience is required including 2+ years B2B marketing experiences in life science service or product fields.
  • Strong ability to apply technical knowledge toward creating highly effective marketing and selling solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in strategic team settings, multitask and prioritize workload in order to drive and achieve desired objectives
  • Demonstrated experience in support of both a technical and sales organization, acting as a liaison between technical, sales and marketing business units
  • Experience in project management, including working across functional teams to achieve project goals is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Experienced in Integrated business management / supply and demand planning is preferred
  • Experience working with various ERP, CRM, web CMS is preferred
  • Technical background in one or more of the following areas is preferred: enzymology (including kinases, epigenetics and ubiquitin pathway); cell based assays (including GPCRs, ion channels and cell based phenotypic assays), ADME, toxicology, and safety assessment and in vitro / in vivo preclinical studies as related to Drug Discovery
  • Experience with technologies and instrument platforms commonly used in Drug Discovery
  • Strongly prefer bilingual languages in Mandarin Chinese & English.
