Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a passion for customized business in enterprise computing. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring successful product development, testing, and production, while meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets. Succeeded in launching product series and achieved targeted business growth by building practical and tactical product strategies.

Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Product concept: Cooperate with the Sales team to come out with product proposals with deliverable solutions within budget and schedules in the initial business stage.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, customer service, finance, sales, and marketing, to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation before and after product launch.
  • Project Execution: Manage project teams to execute project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones and tasks. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success for the different stages of EVT, DVT, PVT development, engineering changes, and volume production from the new product kick-off to the product launch.
  • Product Development: Oversee the entire product development process, including design, prototyping, testing, and validation, to ensure products meet specified requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with R&D teams to resolve technical challenges and implement design changes as needed.
  • Support and Issue Resolution: Responsible for product maintenance and following up items solving till product EOL(end of life); and co-work with Regional Sales Support and Key Accounts management for critical project RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget analysis, and present them to stakeholders and senior management. Provide timely and accurate project information and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor or above degree in Business Management, International Business, or related field; information engineering, computer science, or related field will be a plus.
    • 3~8 years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably in consumer products(notebook) or industrial electrical products solutions(server/ IPC).
    • Excellent communication in both Chinese and English and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate customer needs into product requirements and strategies.

    • Strong attention to detail, motivated self-learner, demonstrated ownership of work
    • Business awareness, experienced in the quote and cost control in terms of overall product management.
    • Effective collaboration, influencing, and persuasion skills and ability to operate well as a project member in a dynamic environment
