Job Description

• Responsible for engineering support with respect to design/layout profiling, yield analysis and methodology development. - Work with Yield and Foundry operational teams to identify systematic yield loss root causes and suggest improvement solutions. - Collaborate with data analytical and design teams to build new methodologies and automation implementation. - Perform industry standard benchmarks across products and technology-nodes, provide inputs to new product definition.
  
  

Qualifications

• BS +7 years/MS degree +5 years /PhD +2 years of working experience in design for manufacturability and Product Engineering
• Experience in physical design EDA tools and physical design optimization and DFM practices
• Familiar with silicon foundry process and semiconductor yield/performance/power metrics. Experience in leading foundry technologies is highly preferred.
• Ideal candidate would also possess scripting skills (Python, Perl , Power BI etc. ) and/or proficient with analytical tools such as Yield Explore or JMP etc.
• Good at the problem-solving process and taskforce management. With strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player, good inter-people relationship, and self-motivated. Good spoken and written in English.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
