Responsibilities- Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team. Qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists.
- Negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions.
- Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. Recommends frame agreements to management and executes upon approval.
- You will work on bid analysis Analyzes and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value.
- You will support bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information.
- Goods received- Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
- Supplier performance- Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues.
- You will initiate purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the Purchase Requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements.
- Order acknowledgement (OA) from supplier should be confirmed (email or paper) by sales on time and update purchase order (PO) into SAP, also should inform related department (shipping dept.).Assist manager to improve process, productivity and quality. Job Tasks will be based online manager’s assignment. Prompt response to line manager’s requests for reporting or collection of data.

- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledgeable in INCOTERMS
- Knowledge of SAP
- Relevant qualifications with word processing knowledge and skills
- Relevant qualifications with Import/Export Customs clearance knowledge and skills
