Responsibilities

1. Introduction of new product process, tool & fixture design, and process inspection & review.

2. Production capacity estimation and analysis on production time and manpower requirements to achieve the best manufacturing method.

3. Abnormal product handling, root cause analysis, and establishment of corrective and preventive measures.

4. Design and analyze experiments to confirm process conditions and scope

5. Process module development and optimization, and product yield improvement

6. Responsible for editing and maintaining SOP.

7. Improve the safety level of products, deal with product abnormalities and prevent recurrence

8. New and old product drawing ECN, issuance, approval process execution

9. New development project and cooperate with foreign engineer

10. Technical support and quotation for overseas transfer cases

Qualifications

1. work experience:3 years

2. Bachlor or Master degree

3. Electrical and Electronic Engineering related

4. English in intermediate level

5.Languages:Fluent in Chinese
