Your role

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support. You will

• administer filing systems both manually and electronically
• coordinate various internal and external communications materials
  

Your team

You will be allocated to the General Management Office, reporting to the Business Manager of Asset Management Taiwan. Your line manager will assign you to support Sales, Client Service, Marketing, or Product, depending on the business needs. We need you to be cooperative and effective in completing your assignment. In return, you will get to learn invaluable experience from your work.

Your expertise

• working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• good spoken and written in English
• 20 working hours per week
• penultimate year undergraduate or postgraduate university students
• detail oriented and a fast learner
• 6 months contract
