• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in a packaging program management, team lead, or package engineering role.
• Experience in Consumer Hardware/Electronics.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree.
• Experience working with project management tools.
• Experience with packaging print development and production process, and shipping high volume and high quality products.
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams/projects.
• Ability to capture the big picture, focus on key points, and improve processes.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Responsibilities

• Build, drive, and manage Google packaging development (i.e., print and structure).
• Develop, maintain, and communicate key focus points and next steps with engineering, design, operations, marketing, management, and system program management.
• Improve and maintain processes that can ensure team members have what they need to understand and execute on all objectives.
